Q: Can i get your samples?
A: Yes,of course you can.
For regular size sample,we could supply free,but because of low profit,the freight of express is on buyer’s account.
For custom sample,the buyer just need pay the cost of sample maybe including mould cost ,printing cost and so on.Also freight to collect.
Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?
A: Due to the daily production capacity is very huge and shipping freight, we do not accept small orders. Our minium order quantity is 10,000 pcs per model,but we can help to do several color for choice. It is recommended for you to order a 20”GP or 40”HC to reduce the unit price and shipping cost.
Q: How about the delivery time?
A: For regular plastic products,we will send goods to you within 10-15 work days after receive deposit.
For OEM products,the delivery time will be 30-35 work days after receive deposit.
Q:If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?
A: If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of the container.
